Tonight was the last night CA’s family was in town so we met up with my family for dinner after church.

Over the weekend, US forces finally found and assassinated bin Laden. As you can imagine, the news coverage has been thorough.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 4TH, 2011
This friendly cat belongs to our neighbors. But she’s an outdoor cat, so she seems to spend most of her time hanging out on the front stoop waiting for food or to be petted.
THURSDAY, MAY 5TH, 2011
Tonight, Southland invited everyone out to the Lexington Mall location. Once there, everyone was given a page out of the Bible and asked to read it then pray over the future site of our new campus. I think I heard that, as a church, we ended up reading through the Bible over 3 times.
FRIDAY, MAY 6TH, 2011
Shells galore at Krispy Kreme today. This afternoon, I spent a couple of hours sealing boxes of donuts with freshness stickers and organizing them into piles.
SATURDAY, MAY 7TH, 2011
I gotta hand it to Clayton. Even though he’s an assistant manager, he’s still willing to do the dirty jobs…like unclogging the urinal.
SUNDAY, MAY 8TH, 2011
At a recent Krispy Kreme AGM conference, Clayton discovered that he loves karaoke. So today, after Wing Feast, a bunch of us went to a karaoke bar where we made fools of ourselves.

i read it. i am not always prompt, but i do enjoy like blog. (sometimes it is to make sure there isn’t a ridiculous picture of me looking mean or dancing crazy on here)
